    We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director, Marketing Programs & Campaigns to join our Marketing team. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and will serve as a key member of the marketing team. This role will mentor and manage the Lead Gen team as well as Digital Resources.

    What You’ll Do:

    Program and Campaign Strategy:

    • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing programs and campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience.
    • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure program integration across various channels and touchpoints.
    • Define measurable goals and KPIs for programs. Use a metrics-led approach to continuously optimize strategies and drive the achievement of those goals.

    Lead Generation Management:

    • Own the lead generation process, working closely with the lead generation team to identify and target key customer segments.
    • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging various channels, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
    • Solicit feedback from Sales Management and incorporate that feedback into the Lead Gen process.

    Digital Resources Oversight:

    • Manage and optimize digital marketing resources, including personnel, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels effectively.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Manage, hire, develop, and retain a team of marketing professionals responsible for lead generation and digital resources.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
    • Monitor and report on budget performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
    • Manage outside vendors effectively.
    • Communicate regularly with the Senior Director of Global Marketing on program status, results, and strategic initiatives.

    Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Provide regular reports on program performance, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
    • Work inter-departmentally with Sales Operations to create dashboards that incorporate a clear view and understanding of marketing programs.

    What We’ll Expect From You: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing programs, particularly in the life sciences or technology sector.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, and campaign optimization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and outreach platforms.
