The Sponsored Programs Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sponsored Programs Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Stevens is seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to fulfil the role of Education Director. The Education Director oversees the Stevens School and is an important member of the Stevens leadership team. We are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Education Director.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Special Education
    • Licensure as a special education administrator OR
      • License as a special educator; and
      • A minimum of a master's degree in special education or a related field; and
      • A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively relate to trauma-impacted adolescents with complex behavioral presentations

    Payrate: Pay based on qualifications and experience; $1000 sign-on bonus

    Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:00; On call school days beginning at 5:30 am and in rotation with other program directors
