D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for Flight Training Programs Development and Marketing Manager at our New Bern, NC location.

The Flight Training Programs Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the development and marketing strategies for flight training programs. This role involves identifying market needs, creating innovative training solutions, collaborating with instructional designers and aviation experts, and promoting programs to prospective students and aviation organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:

• Research industry trends and regulations to identify opportunities for new training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive flight training curricula.
• Develop marketing materials, including presentations, and multimedia content.
• Ensure that training programs comply with aviation regulations and industry standards.

Support the Marketing Manager:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote flight training programs to target audiences.
• Identify key marketing channels, including digital platforms, industry events, and partnerships.
• Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Analyze market data and student feedback to refine marketing strategies and messaging.

Student Recruitment:

• Generate leads and convert them into enrolled students through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with admissions teams to streamline the enrollment process and provide support to prospective students.
• Attend industry events, airshows, and career fairs to promote training programs and network with potential students.

Partnership Development:

• Cultivate relationships with aviation organizations, flight schools, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate partnerships and collaboration agreements to expand the reach of training programs.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance program offerings and access new markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in training programs development and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and partnership meetings.
