- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Perform machine inspections and write detailed service estimates
- Communicate with mechanics and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations

- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed
