Job Details

• Full-time · $15.50 – $20 / hour
• Service writing experience preferred
• Pay negotiable based on experience
• No experience necessary – WILL TRAIN
• 5 days a week, must be able to work Saturdays

Job Duties & Responsibilites

• Work as a team player
• Think on their feet
• Ability to multi-task
• Interact with customers & staff members in a friendly manor
• Excellent communication skills with customers via phone & email
• Correctly interpret customer requests and tech recommendations
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to handle complaints usually due to weather delays
• Excellent reading & writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Docs preferred
• Ability to type at least 30wpm
• Entering sales orders into computer & collecting deposits
• Monitoring existing sales orders on a weekly basis
• Invoicing and filing completed sales order
• Schedule service routes
