Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Columbia, SC

Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care facility, you will lead and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs/GNAs in providing patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and families.
• Advocate for resident rights and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Respective State
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Compassion and empathy in caring for elderly residents.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
