Job Duties:

• Companionship & Conversation
• Vent & Trach nursing support – advanced ALS client
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Administration
• Transfers, Mobility, or Stand-by Assist
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping for client
• Outings to fun events with the patient and family
• Schedule: 1-2 days per week 10am – 10pm
