Puget Sound Hospice is seeking experienced and caring full-time, part-time and per diem Hospice Registered Nurses (RN) in the greater Thurston, Grays Harbor, and Mason County, Washington area!

Essential Duties

• Provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes
• Provide skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
• Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
• Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
• Supervise LPN and CNA staff

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
