Staff Nurse - RN - Infusion Therapy provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in need of intravenous treatment. Administers intravenous therapeutic treatments as directed by a physician. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Infusion Therapy determines appropriate venipuncture and/or catheter site. Observes patients' IV treatment and records observations in patient medical records. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Infusion Therapy provides information to patients and families regarding intravenous treatment and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require CRNI certification as an infusion nurse. Requires a valid state RN license. Staff Nurse - RN - Infusion Therapy's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Position Benefits:
Competitive hourly rates from $32 an hour
3 12-hour shifts
1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio at most

Responsibilities:
Administer Ketamine IV treatments to patients
Educate patients on health maintenance and address questions or concerns about medications
Maintain precise electronic medical records for patients
Provide guidance and emotional support to patients and their families
Educate and familiarize patients about TMS
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted, or compact Registered Nurse license (Required)
Proficiency in IV administration (Required)
Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience as a RN
Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to adjust to varying situations
Exceptional interpersonal skills
