Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Intensive Care Unit assists physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' progress, records observations in patient medical record, and updates attending physician directly when necessary. The Nurse Director will be assigned other projects as necessary, all the while working to bring cohesion among the 2 units and to the hospital organization as a whole.
