Staff Nurse - RN - Long-Term Care jobs in Saint Cloud, MN

Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) to work direct patient care in many capacities – observing, assessing, passing medications, and documenting information relating to the residents.

Duties Include:

• Makes regular rounds observing resident condition, vital signs, assessing findings, planning resident nursing care, and recording pertinent information
• Accurate administration of medication and treatment as prescribed by physician. Assists physician during rounds in absence of Care Coordinator to facilitate communication.
• Instructs residents on their treatments and medication to promote resident understanding and continuity of care.
• Provides necessary support to LPN’s and CNA’s to ensure they are able to perform their work.  Supervises the care by LPNs and CNAs to residents.
• Serves as a role model for other nursing personnel.         

Hours and Pay:

• Full Time 60 hours per 2 week pay period
• Evening (2pm - 10:30pm) and Overnight (10:15pm - 6:15am)  shifts available
• Alternating weekends , with 1 holiday rotation per year
• Eligible for evening and night shift differentials
