```Duties```:As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting the Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings. Your duties will include:

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assisting with patient assessments and monitoring vital signs
- Performing IV insertions and IV infusions
- Conducting health coaching and patient education
- Assisting with medical procedures such as phlebotomy and wound care
- Documenting patient information accurately in medical records
- Providing care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Assisting with pediatric patient care
- Ensuring infection control standards are followed

```Experience```:To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of [State]
- Proven experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and IV infusion
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately document patient information
- Experience in providing care for patients with dementia or cognitive impairments
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
