Staff Nurse - RN - Oncology jobs in Yakima, WA

Staff Nurse - RN - Oncology provides professional nursing care to assigned oncology patients. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications including chemotherapy, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Oncology assists oncologists during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' progress and records observations in patient medical records. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Oncology teaches patients and families about conditions and treatment options. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require ONS/ONCC certification to deliver chemotherapy. Requires a valid state RN license. Staff Nurse - RN - Oncology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     General Details and Pay Package:

    Location: Wanatchee, WA

    Position: RN Endoscopy

    Shift: Days/Evening Rotation

    Duration: 13 weeks

    Weekly Gross: $ 3,200 (based on 40 hours)

    Estimated NET: $ 2,780 (based on 40 hours)

    Misc. and I E : $ 800(non-tax weekly)

    Lodging : $ 1000 per week

    OT Rate: $ 85/hour (after 40 hours)

    Weekly gross $ 3,880 (Based on 48 hours)

    Est. Weekly Net $ 3,256 (Based on 48 hours)
