General Statement of Duties:
Triage clinical calls, coordinate with providers to answer patient messages, work with Clinical Care Specialists and Provider to work-in patients, assist in clinic as needed
Reporting Relationship:
Clinical Manager
Supervisory Responsibility:
None unless designated by management
Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion, including handling of equipment or supplies, manual and finger dexterity, corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires standing, walking,bending and/or sitting for extended periods of time. Requires working under unexpected or stressful conditions. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. May require assisting or positioning patients on the exam table.
Typical Working conditions: Work is performed in a medical office environment. Involves frequent telephone or personal contacts. Some travel outside of the office may be required. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive. Infrequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances and other conditions common in a medical environment.

Education and Experience:
L.P.N. or R.N. with current licensure 3-5 years in a medical setting

Performance Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a specified period of time. Working knowledge of the medical office environment, medical record, terminology and medications. Excellent customer service and telephone skills, ability to work with the provider, office personnel, patients and referring physicians in a professional manner.
