La Nurse is seeking RNs and LPNs to join our nurse registry as Independent Contractors for Per Diem work providing excellent health care to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term care facilities in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

As an independent contractor you will have the flexibility to choose your work schedule! Open shifts are 7am- 3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm – 7:30am 7 days per week!

Requirements:

· Valid FL Driver’s license

· RN or LPN License

· Social security card

· Reliable transportation and automobile insurance

· Level 2 background screening (live scan fingerprints)

· Proof of Citizenship or legal status

· American Heart Association BLS/CPR

· Physical (within 6 months of registration) stating “free of communicable diseases”

· Negative TB test or x-ray

· Drug screening

· 3 CEUs: HIV, OSHA and Medical Errors

· Professional Liability Insurance

· Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff

· Basic computer skills, EMR experience, PCC software

· 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare facility

· Covid-19 Vaccinated (per facility request)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem

Pay: $1.00 - $100.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Holidays
• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Boca Raton, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
