Stationary Engineer operates, repairs, and maintains stationary equipment including boilers, generators, refrigeration, and turbines in buildings, plants or industrial facilities. Ensures that equipment is operating safely and within established limits. Being a Stationary Engineer conducts monitoring and failure analysis of meters, gauges and controls to determine the need for repair or replacement of parts. Performs preventative maintenance and documents completed procedures. Additionally, Stationary Engineer requires a high school diploma. Requires applicable Stationary Engineer's license for the state. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Stationary Engineer works under moderate supervision. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and marketing to bring projects to fruition.
- Assist in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) and related prints to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and vendors to integrate new and current products successfully.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in the recreational vehicle industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, especially SolidWorks or AutoCAD; knowledge of Inventor 3D is advantageous and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
