Department 706 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to join the Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay (TRFKB) offsite life cycle engineering group. This full time position will support Navy commissioned submarines and their associated maintenance facilities. The candidate will function as a project engineer ensuring accomplishment of established program goals, to include cost control, strategic planning & scheduling, and execution of OHIO class and COLUMBIA class projects for Navy customers. The position will act with various Groton and offsite offices for budgeting, obtaining new work, estimating contract changes, procurement, etc. Work with the COLUMBIA program and its sustainment efforts will also be required.
