Stationary Engineer, Sr. jobs in Muskegon, MI
Stationary Engineer, Sr. operates, repairs, and maintains stationary equipment including boilers, generators, refrigeration, and turbines in buildings, plants or industrial facilities. Ensures that equipment is operating safely and within established limits. Being a Stationary Engineer, Sr. conducts monitoring and failure analysis of meters, gauges and controls to determine the need for repair or replacement of parts. Performs preventative maintenance and documents completed procedures. Additionally, Stationary Engineer, Sr. requires a high school diploma. Requires applicable Stationary Engineer's license for the state. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Stationary Engineer, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Our company has immediate openings for experienced industrial sewing machine operators. Our normal production hours are 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, if overtime is required hours will be 6 am - 4:30 pm, with the possibility of 8 hours on Saturday when needed.
Qualifications: The perfect candidate will be eager to learn and have good work ethics. You must have dependable transportation, be self motivated with high quality standards and able to work in a fast paced environment. You must be available for overtime when required. Previous sewing experience is preferred.
