Stationary Engineer, Sr. operates, repairs, and maintains stationary equipment including boilers, generators, refrigeration, and turbines in buildings, plants or industrial facilities. Ensures that equipment is operating safely and within established limits. Being a Stationary Engineer, Sr. conducts monitoring and failure analysis of meters, gauges and controls to determine the need for repair or replacement of parts. Performs preventative maintenance and documents completed procedures. Additionally, Stationary Engineer, Sr. requires a high school diploma. Requires applicable Stationary Engineer's license for the state. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Stationary Engineer, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Experience working as a systems administrator on Air Force and/or DoD information system.
    5 years experience working as a C2 systems administrator on Air Force Air Operations Center (AOC) weapon systems including JADOCS, Installation experience, previous AOC, System Administration experience is preferred
    Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange Server, and as needed RHEL operating systems administration and associated hardware is a plus
    Working knowledge of CISCO network and switching and virtualization technologies is desired
    Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and data backup technologies is preferred
    Working knowledge communication security (COMSEC) policies and integration is a plus
    Experience in effective communication and collaborating in a high-performance team environment is a plus
    Extensive knowledge of DoD policy as it applies to implementing and executing system and network administration is preferred
    Experience implementing the Risk Management Framework to network/information system environments is desired
    Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to assessments and authorization is a plus

    DUTIES:
    Augment System Program Office (SPO) and Production Center (PC) personnel during major upgrades to TBMCS, C2 and ISR systems.
    Support day-to-day system administration, maintenance, & support of lab environments.
    Assist PC personnel in properly configuring, troubleshooting issues, and migrating to new AOC infrastructure components with a focus on sustaining TBMCS.
    Attend site and SPO test events and test planning meetings, as applicable.
    Work with key players to identify achievable AOC WS specific objectives.
    Collect, evaluate, and report on system information related to future technologies, development plans, schedules, and other details relevant to AOC WS baseline sustainment planning.
    Support Working Groups where candidate baseline changes to the AOC WS C2 applications are considered and addressed, analyze proposed variances from the approved baseline for impact of requested program sustainment support.
    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to integrate new hardware and software into a managed baseline.
