Being a Stock Clerk takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for supervisor approval. Checks order forms, delivery requests, and approval forms to ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and on time deliveries. Additionally, Stock Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Stock Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The duties and responsibilities of a Stock Associate would be to pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the stockrooms, warehouse or grocery store floor. You must fill the items listed on the grocery ad and within all departments and face all departments. Checking for carts, emptying trash bins, sweeping and mopping of entire store. A Stock Associate plays a key role in maintaining quality standards within the store.
Must be available nights and weekends.
Pay is dependent on experience.
