Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Stock Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Deputy Clerk is responsible for Vital Records (Birth, Marriage and Death certificates) issuing Marriage/Civil Licenses, registering Assumed Names. Deputy Clerk Election administers all Elections, voter registrations and bonds for elected officials and files all economic interest reports annually. Assists members of the public with several different kind of requests. Customer and Clerical experience is a must.
