Billings premier housing provider has an immediate opening for one or more exceptional Apartment Porters for our portfolio of Class A Luxury Apartment Communities in Billings, MT.

Responsibilities will include:

• Servicing and maintaining all components of our Luxury Communities!
• Clean designated assigned common areas.
• Troubleshoot/repair resident service requests.
• Maintain property exterior maintenance and presentation.
• Assist maintenance with apartment turn over and work requests.
• Maintenance Coverage (as needed)
• Property Emergencies
• Snow Removal

Experience in the apartment industry is NOT REQUIRED. Any previous Maintenance experience is a plus! We can train the right people. All you need to bring is this:
