Job Description
The ideal Pawn Broker will have vast knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, and electronics and extensive sales floor experience. This experience may be from prior retail or pawn shop positions. The Pawn Broker position is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of managing the sales floor, including driving profitability through buying, selling and loaning on items.
