Process loan payoffs and maintain lien perfection reports.  Provides general administrative support for the loan department.

All employees are expected to actively promote Legacy Bank to existing and prospective customers to obtain and build the Bank’s customer base and thereby enhance Legacy Bank’s growth and profitability.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and prepare payoff statements, process payoff checks including lot development payments.
• Process real estate releases resulting from payoffs including preparing, filing, and tracking releases and other miscellaneous payoff duties.
• Process and track all incoming insurance on collateral on loans. Verify all cancellation of insurance and work with the lender/loan assistant on getting updated insurance. Assist with outstanding insurance and other various reports including but not limited to final title policies, financial exceptions etc.)
• Responsible for the quarterly lot listing billing; during downtime provide administrative support for loan department and other duties as assigned.
• Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and all security policies and procedures.
