• Responsible for controllable costs including food, beverage, and supplies.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure our guests' and team members' health and safety.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery with proper date labeling, stocking, rotating, and keeping all coolers and freezers organized

• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves

• Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats

• Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients

• Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting the first steps in various dishes

• Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash, and sanitizing the kitchen

• Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards

• Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply

Experience and Education / Requirements:

• At least One Year (1 yr.) previous bar and/or restaurant experience required
• High School diploma or GED Preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Dependable transportation and child care

Physical Demands: Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities including, but not limited to, standing for long periods of time, climbing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping and lifting up to 55 lbs.

Compensations: $13.00-$16.00/Hour
