Additionally, Stock Loan Manager typically reports to a director. The Stock Loan Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Stock Loan Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Entry-level Loan Processors should have a year of experience in banking or finance, preferably in a customer facing role. We are looking to expand our financing services team with smart and outspoken individuals who may have loan processing and financing experience.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

    • Provide friendly, courteous customer service.
    • Greet customers as they enter Dollar Loan Center with a smile and upbeat attitude.
    • Inform customers of the benefits of Dollar Loan Center!
    • Gather information for the loan application.
    • Responsible for attending court hearings on past due accounts.
    • Work at different locations within region.
    • Verify information on customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
    • Process loan applications for approval in less than 30 minutes.
    • Inform existing customers of all the exciting new and existing benefits Dollar Loan Center has to offer.
    • Create positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
    • Partner with surrounding businesses to gain referrals.
    • Ability to handle multiple customers' needs during peak times throughout the day.
    • Able to count money and make change.
    • Ability to answer questions about customer accounts.
    • Maintain a safe, and clean office environment for customers and coworkers.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Finance & banking experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Computer literate.
    • Excellent Communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Loan Processing experience preferred but not required.
    • Positive Attitude.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • Reliable Transportation.
    • Familiar with basic office equipment.
    • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
