Key Responsibilities :

• Originate residential mortgage loans by establishing and nurturing relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources.
• Evaluate and guide borrowers through the loan application process, explaining various loan programs and product options.
• Analyze applicants' financial situations to determine the best loan products for their needs.
• Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Ensure all loan applications are compliant with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with our underwriting and processing teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan closing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower inquiries and concerns throughout the loan process.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and market conditions to better serve our clients.
• Meet or exceed production and performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Must be a licensed Loan Originator, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
• Proven track record of successful loan origination and a strong book of business is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• This is in in-person role and you must live in either RI, MA, or CT to qualify.
