Salary: $70K per year (depending on experience)

A beautiful, skilled long term care nursing home located near Riverside, MI is currently seeking an experienced Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Assisted Living:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Qualifications of the Administrator - Assisted Living:

• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Must have experience in assisted living
• Proven Leadership & Management skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
