```Job Summary```:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser and/or Host to join our team. As a Busser/Host, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization and operation of our restaurant. Your main responsibility as a busser will be to assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining area. As a Host, you will engineer the floor plan to maximize success for the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
```Duties```:
- Clearing tables promptly and efficiently
- Refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed
- Assisting waitstaff with delivering food to tables
- Removing used dishes and silverware from tables
- Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
- Sweeping and mopping floors as necessary
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen
- Assisting with catering events as needed
-Mastering Seating software
-Learning all table numbers and load expectations
-Consistently communication with management and team members to provide the best detailed experiences and maximize seating capabilities
```Qualifications```:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
