Job Description

Muth Stock Farms is seeking a Farm Operations Worker to join our team. The team member will be engaged in all aspects of the crop and livestock farming operation. The team member will support ownership with planning and strategy, then lead the execution of the on-farm activities.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment operation (e.g., combine, sprayer, forklift).
• Knowledge of agricultural business operations (e.g., purchasing).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Previous experience managing hogs and cattle preferred.
• CDL is preferred.
• Ability to work in all weather and in all seasons.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Support for health and dental insurance will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
