**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare automotive parts and components for powder coating, including cleaning and masking.

- Apply powder coating to various automotive parts, ensuring even coverage and adherence to quality standards.

- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet client specifications.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in powder coating or a related field.

- Prefer powder coating experience

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Knowledge of powder coating equipment and techniques. We use wagner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
