We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our DAPIA staff as Account Manager-Plan

Reviewer. We are the largest HUD certified DAPIA in the industry with consistent growth year

after year. Our Industry leading DAPIA staff provides the best and highest level of service to

our clients.

This position serves as model plan set reviewer for an established client list. This position has

the potential of advancing to achieve DAPIA approval status. This position provides a

Manufactured Housing (HUD) resource in performing code review and enforcement for clients.

The position responds to day-to-day functions that support our clients. As a Plan Reviewer you

are responsible for ensuring all projects follow the Manufactured Housing (HUD) code.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to ICC NTA policies and procedures.
• Establish and foster valued relationships with clients by being responsive to client needs and

contractual requirements.

• Answer Inspector and client questions in a timely manner.
• Respond to HUD, IBTS and SAA audit inquires.
• Review and approve HUD projects.
• Write Corrective Action Reports (CAR) to clients for all cited non-conformances or missing

information.

• Work with engineering staff on applicable projects as needed.

Beneficial Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• HUD code (3280, 3282, 3285) minimum 1 year experience a must.
• HUD Quality Control and HUD Installation procedures experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Adequate Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) ability.
• Self-motivated – able to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Multi-tasking skills necessary.
