We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles with a preference for those with experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Title industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute payroll duties with proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Review and pay invoices in a timely manner.
- Facilitate smooth transactions by working closely with title companies and lenders.
- Answer phone calls and maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
- Ensure accurate and efficient administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Title fields is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and payroll processes.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability
