Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Workforce managers is responsible to oversee inbound and outbound call center efficiency by assessing, analyzing, and reporting employee productivity at the individual and departmental levels. Will manage ongoing laborer time using daily, weekly, and monthly measurements and use workforce optimization software to improve efficiency and forecast staffing needs taking contact volume and headcount requirements into account to determine the best way to utilize employees’ productivity skills using techniques and theories of workforce management.

BS Business or related field or equivalent professional experience

Previous supervisory experience required

Human resources experience preferred.

Proven ability to forecast staffing needs, considering contact volume and headcount requirements.

High level of experience on PowerBi or similar software to transform datasets into data models to show changes to productivity or performance.
- Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Mid to High SQL experience preferred.

Experience with Workforce Optimization software a plus

Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as they pertain to the health insurance industry.

Meticulous attention to detail, decision-making, problem-solving skills.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Experienced in synthesizing new products/tools and creating training materials/aids as new products/systems are introduced.
