As the Stock Plan Administration Manager for Match Group, you will be responsible for managing and administering equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Accounting, and our external stock plan partners to support the company’s equity plans and address employee inquiries.

***This role is a hybrid position. We work IRL in our Dallas office three days a week***

• You will be responsible for overall administration of Match Group’s various equity compensation programs, including Match Group ESPP, stock option, restricted stock and performance-based stock plans 
• You will maintain the company’s stock plan administration portal, including preparation and upload of grants and grant documents, processing vestings, generating reports, system enhancements and issue resolution
• You will maintain accurate records of equity transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
• You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Accounting and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of equity transactions, disclosures, and reports
• You will work with the legal department and outside counsel as needed to maintain compliance with insider trading policies and prepare transaction reporting for Section 16 insiders
• You will support team members during the monthly and annual equity processes for all Match Group companies
• You will assist employees with global stock plan inquiries and assist in the development of equity-related communications and training materials for employees

• You have at least seven years of experience with equity administration for multi-national stock-based compensation, preferably with some experience in executive compensation (Experience in a multi-brand or highly matrixed organization would be ideal)
• You are comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, and you are good at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently
• You have creative problem solving skills, good judgment, and an ability to maintain confidentiality
• You have exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach
• You have demonstrated your ability to effectively communicate complex subject matter succinctly and clearly to various internal and external stakeholders
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline
• A CEP certification would be preferred

• This position will report to our Director, Global Compensation and work across our portfolio of brands 
• Success on this team will require strong communication and relationship-building skills and enough experience to lean on best practice, while staying informed of industry trends and regulatory changes
