Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in Alexandria, MN consists of a home-like atmosphere with 26 residents. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.

Bonus Plan
$100 after 160 hours of completed work, $100 after 320 hours of completed work, $100 after 480 hours of completed work, $100 after 640 hours of completed work.

Responsibilities
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Accurately documenting information

Qualifications
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Strong work ethic
Previous experience is not required

Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time
Shifts: 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm,10:30pm-6:30am, rotating weekends
Pay Range: Based on experience/licensure. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
