Front Desk -Training to be a 401K Administrator

What we are looking for: Candidate with the motivation to produce exceptional work. Some job experience preferred. Degree in business or accounting a huge plus. Must be hard working, intelligent, and organized. Familiarity with Human Resources, financial services or 401k Plan Administration is a plus. This position will be held in our Fife office.

Job Description: Duties will include retirement plan trust accounting census processing, preparing form 5500, processing distributions, and preparing 1099s. Secretarial type duties are a part of the job. It is fast paced, complex, and varies from day to day. If you grasp the concepts and work hard you will go far here! This position has a distinct career path.
