The Summary: Coordinates receiving (of store items) scheduled with the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs, issuing schedules from general inventory to various sub-stores. Organize storage areas of the general storeroom. Oversees all receiving and issuing of Food and Beverage Products . Assists cost control with computer input, issue allocation and inventory taking.
