The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (“The HARRIS CENTER”) is looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst III for our Accounting & Finance department. The Strategic Planning Analyst III will perform various activities in support of the Financial Services Department. The Strategic Planning Analyst III is responsible for managing the projection and development of budgets for programs/units within the assigned divisions. Conducts ongoing analysis of expenditures and incoming revenue, contract/reimbursement constraints, and data collected impacting budgetary operations within the division. Works collaboratively with designated Accounting Staff to achieve divisional budgetary goals and objectives. The Strategic Planning Analyst III will act as primary contact for Waiver 1115 programs. Provide support in the area of Cost Accounting and support the MAC team. Possessing technical skills in SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel for manipulating and aggregating large disparate data systems for Financial Reporting and support the completion of complex cost accounting reports within the state standards and reasonable tolerances within established timeframes. The analyst will provide reporting, analysis, and continuous quality improvement of the financial system processes. Meets monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly, and ad hoc financial reporting deadlines, including but not limited to the Board, Infrastructure & Special Project Accounting, and Fund Balance reports. Relies on extensive experience, communication, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, having a wide degree of creativity and latitude, achieving these aims, the Strategic Planning Analyst will maintain a high degree of professional ethics, integrity, professionalism, customer service, and teamwork.
