This position is expected to work a hybrid schedule at our Lenexa, KS facility. This role will likely work onsite 3 days per week, but that may fluctuate between 2-4 days onsite depending on the needs of the business. This role may be eligible for relocation.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business related

• Understanding of forecasting

• MRP experience

• Excel and Tableau or Microsoft Access

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Employee Referral Eligible

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
