Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to project leader or manager. The Strategic Planning Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation

- Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS- Prepare and manage change orders
- Prepare and manage procure to pay process
- Administration of payment procedures
- Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims
- Interface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor management
- Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate Seller/Subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Interface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolution
- Interface with Seller/Subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s)/Contracts Manager
- Oversee sub-contractors.
- Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
- Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
- Other duties as assigned
