Strategic Planning Director directs and oversees an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function. Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. Being a Strategic Planning Director analyzes emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital. Establishes and retains relationships with industry analysts and the investment community. Additionally, Strategic Planning Director utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively. Develops reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress. MFP is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to work in our Houlton and Presque Isle clinics. This is a part-time, salaried position for three days a week.
A licensed and credentialed PC NP, as part of the health care team, provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up. The PC NP provides age and specialty appropriate medical care at the level of training achieved with an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health care. As required by the State of Maine, the PC NP is responsible for supervision of unlicensed clinical staff and ensuring clinical services are performed safely and correctly.

Starting pay: $63,000 annually.
