This dynamic individual will manage and lead several high-profile partnerships at Strategic Community Partners, working directly with partners and serving as the face of SCP in these partnerships. They will be responsible for:

Examples of partnerships and responsibilities this individual will lead include:
Facilitate, project manage, and further execute on current high-level curriculum roadmap for a national accelerator (in partnership with two national entities) engaging 10-15 organizations rooted in culturally responsive education (CRE) that work with youth of color from across the country. The ultimate goals of this accelerator include building community; creating a highly engaging learning and dialogue space amongst organizations; furthering organization’s ability to articulate and practice rooted in CRE; and supporting them in strengthening their organization’s potential for impact, scalability, and funding. This accelerator will feature a monthly convening, monthly office hours, quarterly shared learning reviews, and additional communication and engagement. With our two national partners, there is also a weekly internal planning call, as well as a monthly update call.
Working directly with a partner to lead national network and community engagement within the respective partner organization, including designing and facilitating national network and community engagement; managing several consultants to support the national network and community engagement; identifying, building, managing additional infrastructure supports. This individual will serve as a core consultant on the partner’s team—engaging in three standing weekly meetings, amongst other meetings and events with the partner.
Lead a designed (by Strategic Community Partners) regional equity engagement opportunity, including a kick-off and culminating event and weekly conversations for community members. Recruit, train, and manage 30-50 facilitators to lead weekly discussions. This individual will lead this equity engagement with a partner, facilitating a weekly call with several leaders from the partner’s team.
Project manage the building and launch of several antiracist directories with a partner— including outreach strategy, vetting, submission analysis, and additional directory launch activities (creating design guidance for partner’s developer, reviewing design and providing feedback, etc.). This individual will engage in several weekly touchpoints with the internal team at Strategic Community Partners, as well as the partner team.
Experience Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading and directly executing on aligned efforts
Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, philanthropy, program design, or nonprofit management preferred
Comfort and exemplary track record working behind-the-scenes and engaging externally with partners/clients
