Strategic Planning Director directs and oversees an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function. Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. Being a Strategic Planning Director analyzes emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital. Establishes and retains relationships with industry analysts and the investment community. Additionally, Strategic Planning Director utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively. Develops reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress. Summary:
The Executive Director, Heart and Vascular is responsible for overseeing the clinical administration of the services, programs, resources and activities for the Heart and Vascular Service line in accordance with the organization’s vision, strategy, and direction. The role provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of the Heart and Vascular service line.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN, or MSN).
Experience:
Essential:
* Seven years or relevant experience.
Credentials:
*Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a Florida multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
