Strategic Planning Director directs and oversees an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function. Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. Being a Strategic Planning Director analyzes emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital. Establishes and retains relationships with industry analysts and the investment community. Additionally, Strategic Planning Director utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively. The Emerald Coast Regional Council is seeking an Accountant II. Under the supervision and guidance of the Chief Finance Officer, the Accountant performs intermediate level professional accounting duties in the maintenance and administration of the general ledger and related financial data and reporting systems for the Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC). Responsible for the development and reporting of routine financial statements to include grant accounts management and compliance with all regulatory reporting guidelines and requirements.
