Overview: The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a Chief of Staff to work with our Digital and Mobilization Teams to help drive strategic planning and cross-team collaboration across all of our verticals. This person will oversee the operations of the team across content production, production, paid media, and digital organizing, and report to the Deputy Campaign manager. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.

• Driving our team’s planning processes with internal and external stakeholders 
• Managing large, interdisciplinary projects from start to finish 
• Representing the Deputy Campaign Manager in meetings with internal and external staff
• Overseeing our team’s budgeting process in collaboration with our CFO’s office 
• Serving as lead on personnel matters within the team 
• Designing and continuously optimizing a team meeting structure 
• Writing and producing reports, decks, memos, and other collateral on behalf of the Deputy Campaign Manager and the Digital and Mobilization teams 
• Managing digital operations staff and the Deputy Campaign Manager’s front office staff

• 7 years of experience in digital strategy or team management in a commercial, political, or non-profit setting
• Experience managing processes and operations for large scale organizations
• A strong track record of managing people on staff, multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience managing budgets, preferably larger than $10 million
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, as well as demonstrated political judgment 
• Willingness to relocate to Wilmington, DE 

• Familiarity with paid digital media, creative content production, and/or digital organizing useful but not required
