PIC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Genus, has an exciting opportunity! We are looking for an energetic Global Strategy Manager to help review, analyze, and set global strategy as well as track industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, and support PIC’s leadership team in executing those strategies. This position works with management across Genus, the parent company, and PIC to methodically review the Company’s strategic priorities, setting clear and measurable goals, and helping management to complete initiatives and achieve targets. The Global Strategy Manager also supports the evaluation of new business development opportunities and facilitates reviews as necessary by Genus executives and the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate is a critical thinker with the ability to analyze data, possibilities, solutions, and trade-offs as well as a big-picture innovator who can identify opportunities and is comfortable with ambiguity. The GSM takes ownership, has strong collaboration skills, and is a clear and influential communicator who builds effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to work in a work in a fast-pace environment.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the PIC Global Finance Director but works closely with the broader PIC Leadership Team and the Genus Corporate Strategy team. Relocation assistance is available.
