Stripper - Materials jobs in Portsmouth, NH

• Must have experience stripping and applying floor wax
• VTC Tile experience
• Experience refinishing cement floors
• Experience handing flooring equipment, burnishers, stripping equipment etc
• Experience with carpet cleaning, including dry or low moisture cleaning solutions
• Must have reliable transportation that can hold a vacuum, mop bucket and a 5 gallon bucket of supplies.
• Must have smart phone that can use the Connecteam app - we use this for scheduling and punching in/out.
• Must be able to work well with others but often independently from a set task list.
• Solid communication skills, ability to teach others, comfortable with texting
• Ability to interact well with clients as there is often overlap with our cleaning and business hours.

```Duties:```
- This is an as needed position where we will assign new flooring jobs as they come up -
- Floor stripping, sealing and refinishing
- Carpet cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Floor buffing and polishing
- Additional commercial cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
