Altoona Spherion is seeking a qualified assembler in Tyrone, Pa!

Summary of position:

Will be responsible for cutting and packaging membranes for shipment according to specific orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and janitorial duties as needed
• Equipment maintenance as needed
• Basic assembly tasks
• Able to maintain standing position for majority of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Requires strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and the ability to work independently
• Must be able to read a tape measurer and understand basic math

• Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
• 1st shift only

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Chemistry/ engineering background preferred
