Structural Assembler, Sr. jobs in Burlington, VT

We may be a global leading contract manufacturer of electric propulsion and electric powertrain components, but our biggest asset is our people. We are currently seeking Assemblers for our Plattsburgh, NY facility to join our dynamic team.

In this role, 

Assemblers work as part of a team and are trained to complete the following:

• Assembly and testing of electric motors
• Work with overhead hoist
• Work with greases, silicones, and lubricants
• Measure using dial indicators or calipers
• Hand drilling and tapping of metal components
• Clean metal parts using brake cleaner solvent
• Use torque wrenches to 300 ft.lbs
• Operating air tools
• Record production and operational data on specified form

Pay rate:

• $17.75 hourly to start

Shift:

• 6:30AM – 2:30PM

Are you--

• Autonomous, open to learning & performing a variety of tasks?
• Able to use hand tools?
• Have a minimum High School diploma or GED?
• Have experience in electric motor assembly (or similar experience)?
